Eligible True Wood Furniture by Lancaster Legacy furniture carries a limited lifetime warranty from True Wood Furniture LLC against manufacturing defects for the original owner under normal household use. This page explains the manufacturer's coverage for those products purchased from Ecommersify. It does not extend this warranty to other brands.

What the warranty covers

Coverage concerns manufacturing defects during the original owner's lifetime, beginning with purchase and receipt of the furniture. The manufacturer determines whether a reported defect qualifies and chooses repair where possible or replacement with an equivalent type when available. Its terms provide for this remedy within 90 days after receipt of a written recommendation from the dealer or factory representative.

What the warranty excludes

  • Upholstery fabrics and damage or wear to swivel mechanisms.
  • Ordinary wear, neglect, abuse, misuse and damage caused by acts of nature.
  • Exposure to extreme temperature or humidity, and water damage caused by immersion.
  • Finish fading or discoloration over time, scratches, blemishes, minor differences in wood-grain color and minor size variations.
  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations, and tabletop breakage or scratching.

Use seating for sitting, dining tables for dining, and china cabinets and buffets for storage and display. Other uses can invalidate coverage. Appropriate care and a stable indoor environment remain important throughout the life of the furniture.

How to request service

Contact Ecommersify, the dealer from which you purchased the item. Have your order information and a description of the issue ready. For service under this warranty, the purchaser must return the item to the selling dealer. Contact Ecommersify first to arrange the return. Repairs and replacements are performed only by True Wood Furniture or a party it authorizes.

Repair and transport costs

Qualifying repair or replacement is provided without a charge for the authorized remedy. The purchaser remains responsible for delivery to and from the dealer and, when factory return is necessary, the associated packing and shipping costs.
