Footboard Drawer Unit — order the storage component separately

Add two drawers that open from the foot of the bed. This unit replaces the regular footboard, rails and slats and connects to a compatible Lancaster Legacy headboard.

Footboard drawer unit with its rails and mattress-support structure only. A headboard, mattress, bedding and room accessories are not included.

Handcrafted in America from solid hardwood, with heirloom-quality construction and a choice of wood and finish. Finished selections receive a hand-rubbed finish; unfinished selections omit it. Hardware and drawer mechanisms are non-wood components.

The size names identify the bed this component is built for; they are not overall component measurements. Confirm the existing bed model and mattress-support requirements before ordering.

Compatibility and drawer fronts

The manufacturer states that this unit fits most of its headboards. This selector offers the explicitly documented Mission Antique 108 and Tuscany 150 pairings. For another headboard, contact us with its manufacturer model before ordering; do not assume a universal fit. California King is not included in this separately priced component selector.

Choose drawer fronts matched to your selected headboard collection, or the separately priced Lexington drawer-front option. The Mission Antique source example uses inset fronts. The manufacturer photograph shows the Tuscany combination.

Materials, finish and drawer slides

Choose Red Oak, Brown Maple, Quartersawn White Oak or Walnut. Choose the finish treatment and a supported color for that wood. Standard full-extension side-mount slides are included. Undermount soft-close slides are an upgrade priced for every drawer in the selected unit. Drawer hardware and its available finish are selected separately.

The unfinished option reduces the base component price by 10%. Standard stain, paint and the listed no-charge finishing treatments retain the base finish price. Antiquated finishing, select-color wood and custom color matching show their adjustments in the selectors.
